To complete your product cycle you must also have strong support from other departments. We have 3 that support our production.

Our Quality Control Department is dedicated to verifying your product meets your requirements. Our QC department runs 3 shifts, 5 days week to make sure your product is monitored during the complete production cycle. Our testing equipment includes a color spectrophotometer, light booth, weather testing, material melt flow, impact testing and gloss testing. Plus we have all of the standard inspection tools including calipers, micrometers, pin gages, etc.

Our Warehouse Department has 30,000 square feet to house your temporary product storage needs, as well as 4 silos with 250,000 pound capacity each.

Our Shipping Department provides packing and shipping of your product. We have 3 shifts, 5 days a week to accommodate your needs. We have 3 shipping dock doors and relationships with many carriers to provide the lowest possible shipping costs.
